Kyo seems like a very interesting character, despite her troubled, to say the least, past she seems like a genuinly nice and fun person to be around and great fit for the site.
As for the semblance, I do think it would be fair to add/mention that her semblance could be resisted or removed IF discovered, copy powers that could if luck allows it entirely copy anothers semblance could be extremely broken.
Other than that, Kyo earns herself another yes and is there for approved for roleplay to the site.
