I think Kailyn should get the win, for the simple reason that while partially on accident, she did knock out Bartok, it was her attack that finished the fight.

I feel like Kailyn deserves the win for the reasons stated before.

The miniscule amount of time the fight took place replayed before her. The entirety of it seemingly lasting for less time than it took to say that a fight had taken place at all. Overall, a disappointing showing given its length, but both combatants had shown off some skill, and the abrupt end to their clash meant little for their competitors to dissect for when it was their turn to take on Evergreen. Yes, Wednesday knew who her vote would be going to as this fight's victor. While both had proven themselves in some ways, one of them had proven how much more training they needed. Really now, setting off such a large explosion with yourself still in the blast radius? Such a choice could be forgiven if adequate protection had been prepared, but it looked as if no such precaution had been made by Keison. It reeked of either very poor judgement or plain idiocy. The former could be remedied with instruction and practice. The latter... If Keison was incompetent, she wouldn't even here at Beacon to begin with. Wednesday hoped that the young woman proved her entry had not also been a mistake in the losers' bracket.

Bartok was fast, but was on the backfoot for the last bit. She was pressing her advantage up until the explosion. So I guess she was ahead at the end and should take the win.

That… what?
This was a tournament of Beacon’s best, right? That was the whole point, right?
Then what the hell had she just watched?
The other fights had all been about what she’d expected: bouts between students - students who had a solid grasp of their Semblances, had a good understanding of the nuances of single combat, and had areas where they needed to improve.
This one had barely lasted ten seconds and ended with an explosion that caused a double knockout - if she remembered the rules correctly, that meant that there would be an audience poll to decide the victor (assuming the combatants could be brought back into fighting shape in time for the next round).
Who would she vote for?
The male combatant was a bat Faunus and appeared to employ echolocation as his primary sense rather than his eyes. Claire hadn’t seen him use his Semblance at all in the few seconds he’d been fighting, and he’d held his own against that absurd dive-bomb attack that even Claire herself would have needed to use her Semblance to survive had she taken it head-on.
The female combatant was human and heavily employed some kind of telekinetic Semblance in combat, to the point that Claire wasn’t sure if the girl even knew herself how much she was using it.
That kind of mastery took most people decades to learn, and Claire would absolutely have someone from her Family make an approach to see if she wanted to teach a few classes on the employment of Semblance in the everyday.
On the other hand, the boy’s proprioception was on an another level entirely. He’d dodged the dive bomb, and Claire wasn’t sure how. It hadn’t been Semblance, but his presence of mind and control over his body was something that Claire wasn’t sure she could have matched at that age had she had his training. She wanted him teaching classes on utilizing other senses than sight, so maybe she should send someone to approach them both at the same time? Hmm.
If she had to choose which one she’d rather fight, she’d avoid fighting the girl every time. At the same time, though, her vote would go to the boy - he’d accomplished his strength on strength alone rather than combining skill with Semblance. Claire was certain that if his Semblance had as much an impact on his direct combat abilities as the girl’s he’d have left his competitor in the dust.

I agree with Professor Wednesdays's opinion on the matter.
