Does this character meet the requirements for approval?

Although the weapon in itself is a bit redundant with the two forms, I like the character as a sort of mix between Tyrian and Roman, the semblance is cool, and I like the idea of a mafia

Carmine is certainly an interesting character. We love a good criminal in this house. As for her Semblance, I like it, although it does look a bit familiar...

Nonetheless, Carmine gets my vote of approval!

Both weapon and Semblance are a bit bland as pointed out by others, but nothing is inherently wrong with the profile.
I'd ask you to maybe think of a more interesting alternate mode for her weapon rather than it just becoming a bigger club, there are plenty of options.

For now, I will withhold my vote.

Well, there is a few flaws here, but really nice character. Like the weapon and the back ground, so that will be a yes from me.

With the added fixes, Carmine is adequate for role-play, has more than enough votes and is therefor approved for role-play on the site.
