I'm gonna go with YES on this one while the overall profile is rather brief I do like what's there, having a student is more or less a full on antagonist(if not potential villain given her criminal connections) would be interesting interaction wise with the other characters on the site. What i am somewhat concerned about is how exactly would faculty react to her antics overall? Granted not enough to abstain from voting since i feel it's something that can easily be expanded upon.

Kind of the same as Castor. I like having a more villain aligned student in the roster. Can't have conflict and good stories without an antagonist, despite future plans to have her turn around a little. Brief but nothing against the rules, so yes.

Rosa makes for another not so nice and villainous addition to our cast, a real refreshing take on the typical school rich girl.
While her fighting style may be simple, combined with her semblance could make for some real interesting RP there.

So after my own impressions and what we discussed on Discord already, Rosa gets a resounding yes from me.
